2. Subscription and Payment

  • Cost: £3 per month, billed monthly after a 7-day free trial.
  • Free Trial: New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial starting from the subscription date. No charges apply during this period unless you continue the subscription.
  • Automatic Renewal: After the trial, your subscription renews monthly until canceled. You authorize Stripe, our third-party payment processor, to charge £3 monthly to your provided payment method.
  • Cancellation: You may terminate your subscription at any time during or after the free trial via the Stripe Customer Portal (https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/aFa7sL8Qn3dC2LLakXes000) or by emailing support@smsmentalcare.com. Cancellation during the 7-day trial prevents charges; cancellation post-trial stops future billing but does not entitle you to a refund for the current month.
  • Currency: All payments are in GBP.
  • UK Consumer Rights: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel from the subscription date. By starting the service during the free trial, you consent to immediate delivery, waiving this right post-trial unless canceled within 7 days.
